Are you fit for the Challenge Wall?

Are you up to the GMLC Challenge? The new Challenge Wall in the gym at the Geoff Moulder Leisure Complex is now available for challengers to record their best times for a set routine of exercises.

The Iron Man time challenge of 100 repetitions includes 20 star jumps, 20 press-ups, 20 squats, 20 high knees and punches and 20 sit-ups.

Challengers will be able to post their name and their time on the Challenge Wall in friendly competition with one another.
